Hi, I am Michael — a carpenter turned Truth and Integrative Health Coach.
After years of navigating injury, chronic pain, and burnout, I discovered that true healing isn’t just physical — it’s a process of reconnecting with the nervous system, regulating energy, and aligning with your inner truth.
